The Bus Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers or employees to designated locations while ensuring compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards. The role requires professionalism, punctuality, and excellent driving skills to provide a reliable and safe transportation service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate buses safely and responsibly following UAE traffic laws and company policies
• Transport staff, passengers, or students according to assigned routes and schedules
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the bus
• Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking when required
• Maintain accurate trip logs and fuel records
• Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols
• Comply with company policies, road safety, and RTA regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a bus driver
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations
• Ability to read and understand basic English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Physically fit and medically cleared to drive
• Clean driving record
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and overtime if required
