Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team performance
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare or aesthetics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in team handling and client relationship management
- Knowledge of UAE healthcare market is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Existing network in healthcare industry (clinics, hospitals, doctors)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
