Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients
  • Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team performance
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market feedback
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare or aesthetics
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in team handling and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare market is a strong advantage
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

Preferred Skills

  • Existing network in healthcare industry (clinics, hospitals, doctors)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
