Full job description

A Head Waiter is the senior front-of-house service professional responsible for leading the service team and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations. They oversee floor service, coordinate between guests, kitchen, and bar, and ensure that service standards, hygiene, and presentation are consistently maintained. Acting as a key link between management and service staff, the Head Waiter supports training, assigns duties, resolves guest concerns, and leads by example to deliver an excellent and professional dining experience at all times.
