Job Description:

We are seeking a fast, polite, and customer-focused waiter with strong experience in using advanced POS systems, preferably SAPAAD. The ideal candidate should deliver excellent service, ensure smooth order processing, and create a positive dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

– Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service at all times

– Take orders accurately and efficiently using the SAPAAD POS system

– Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly

– Promote and upsell menu items, highlighting specials and recommended dishes

– Maintain a clean and organized dining area

– Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

– Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues politely and quickly

– Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant standards at all times

Requirements:

– Experience working as a waiter in a restaurant or café

– Strong knowledge of SAPAAD or similar advanced POS systems

– Very quick, efficient, and attentive to detail

– Polite, well-spoken, and customer-service oriented

– Ability to upsell and confidently recommend menu items

– Must be able to join immediately

– Preferably male
