Responsibilities
· Conduct regular risk assessments and identify threats or vulnerabilities.
· Manage and train security staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
· Liaise with law enforcement and relevant authorities.
· Investigate incidents (theft, fraud, breaches) and take appropriate action.
· Accompany the principal and family as needed to ensure their safety.
· Assess and respond to potential security risks.
Requirements:
· 5–10 years’ experience in security management.
· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in security management or related field.
· Preference for candidates from Western Europe, India, Russia, Australia, or similar countries.
· Strong professional presence and physical stature.
· Experience with high-net-worth individuals or private security.
· Leadership skills in managing security teams.
· Security/bodyguard training, relevant certifications, and licenses.
· Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
· Willingness to live on-site and work flexible hours.
· Knowledge of security policies, procedures, and technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).
· Excellent observation, decision-making, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
