Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head Barista with strong experience in specialty coffee. The ideal candidate will lead our coffee operations, craft high-quality beverages, train and mentor the barista team, and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional coffee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the barista team, providing coaching, training, and feedback.
• Prepare and serve high-quality specialty coffee and beverages consistently.
• Develop and refine coffee recipes, seasonal menus, and beverage innovations.
• Ensure all coffee equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and cleaned.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following hygiene standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing feedback professionally.
• Uphold brand and quality standards across all outlets.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and operational planning for the café/bar team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Barista with strong expertise in specialty coffee.
• Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory or Head Barista role preferred.
• Deep knowledge of coffee beans, origins, roasting profiles, and brewing techniques.
• Strong leadership, team management, and training skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
