Guestroom Attendant

About the role:

The Guest Room Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail , ensur ing all guest rooms are clean and up to standard . This role anticipates , customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities. This role is part of the Housekeeping Department reporting into the Director of Housekeeping and Housekeeping Manager .

What you will do:

  • Clean, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure
  • Performs Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check-out rooms
  • Provides turndown service for guests
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest
  • Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Housekeeping Manager or Director of Housekeeping.

What you bring:

  • A minimum of at least 1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
  • Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
