Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel is currently seeking a Telephone Operator who is fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic Guest Service team. This role plays a vital part in providing prompt, courteous, and efficient telephone service to guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure all guest requests, inquiries, and issues are addressed efficiently and logged accurately.
- Provide clear, concise information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist with wake-up call requests and internal communication between departments.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Handle emergency and priority calls following hotel protocol.
Requirements:
- Candidate fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays.
