Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Guest Service Team Leader in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handling guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and its services.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction by coordinating with various departments.
  • Resolving any guest issues during their stay.
  • Maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and performing administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and front desk software.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in a related role is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability for Interview: This job requires a face-to-face interview in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Are you available to attend?
  • Experience Requirement: This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in 4- or 5-star hotels, including at least 2 years in a similar role. Do you meet these requirements?
  • Language Requirement: Do you speak Arabic?
  • Education Requirement: Do you have an attested education certificate?

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have you completed a Bachelor’s Degree?
