Job Description

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate and address guests’ service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Assist guests with check in and check out.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Drive Rate & RevPAR through up-selling room brand.
  • Manage guest reservations, ensuring accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate room rates, packages, and room availability to guests.
  • Assist with room assignment and room changes .
  • Address and resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Report any recurring issues or trends to the Front Office Manager for continuous improvement.
