Here’s a glimpse into what your day will look like:

  • You will be the welcoming face for every guest, ensuring their check-in process is smooth and unforgettable. You will also manage any special requests they have from the get-go.
  • Oversee key control policies and manage guest safe deposit boxes with precision, ensuring the utmost security and trust.
  • Work closely with the concierge to deliver top-notch services to guests. Stay informed about emergency procedures and manage room availability and credit limits efficiently.
  • Work with departments like reservations, sales, and valet to create a seamless experience for every guest. Your coordination is key to their exceptional stay.
  • Greeting every guest warmly, address their requests, and provide all necessary information such as room rates and directions. Ensure the registration process is smooth and welcoming.
  • Oversee the check-in process, hand out room keys, and prepare welcome folders. Verify credit card details, handle vouchers, and manage currency conversion accurately.
  • Manage all guest communications from check-in to check-out, including packages and faxes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive outcome.

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a similar role. Experience in guest services is a plus!
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts and flexible hours. You are a team player who adapts well to different situations.
  • Impeccable grooming and a presentable appearance are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, whether interacting face-to-face, on the phone, or through written correspondence.
