As a Hotel Front Office Receptionist , your roles is to be responsible and provide professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.

· Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

· Perform all check-in and check-out tasks

· Provide information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities

· Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

· Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system

· Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to the appropriate department

Requirements:

· Proven work experience as a Front Office Receptionist

· Opera experience

· Active listening and effective communication skills

· Flexibility to work in shifts

· Strong organization and multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
