Guest Service Agent

Job Description


Greets and welcomes guests in a friendly and professional manner, manages check-in and check-out procedures, and handles reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. To respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and maintain accurate guest records and payment processing. Also coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests, resolves complaints professionally, and ensures the reception area is always tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
