Canal Central Hotel is looking for a professional and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team. If you have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
  • Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Manage reservations and update guest profiles in Opera
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Ensure all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly

Requirement-

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services.
  • Hands-on experience with Opera is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
