Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Manage reservations and update guest profiles in Opera
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Ensure all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly
Requirement-
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services.
- Hands-on experience with Opera is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
