Job Summary:
The Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through efficient check-in/check-out, prompt service, and professional communication. The role ensures all guest requests are handled courteously, accurately, and in line with hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage guest reservations, room allocations, and billing transactions.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Promote hotel facilities and up-sell rooms or services where appropriate.
- Follow all company policies, safety, and service standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,800.00 – AED2,000.00 per month
