Join our dynamic team at Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha as a Guest Service Agent. We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide personalized attention throughout their stay
- Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and offer tailored recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Process reservations, room assignments, and billing with precision
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local area information
- Assist with concierge services, including arranging transportation and making reservations
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean, organized, and inviting at all times
- Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar customer-facing role in the hospitality industry
- Strong service-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), preferably Opera Cloud or similar
- Ability to connect with guests through storytelling and anticipation of needs
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexible and willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office software
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, culture, and local amenities
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality management is a plus
