Job Title:Guest Relations Coordinator for Vacation Homes

Job Responsibilities:
– Communicate effectively with guests before, during, and after their stay
– Coordinate with third-party service providers for cleaning, repairs, and maintenance
– Conduct in-person check-ins and ensure properties are guest-ready
– Manage guest messaging and respond to inquiries promptly
– Collaborate with the business owner to maintain smooth operations
– Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
Requirements:
– Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
– Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or property management
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
