Job Description

  • Perform check IN/OUT of guests using Opera system.
  • Welcome and greet guests, answer inquiries and incoming calls.
  • Prepare occupancy and guests report
  • Maintain group and individual arrival report daily.
  • Inform guests of hotel rates and services and create/cancel/confirm reservations.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs

Qualifications

  • Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
  • Proficiency in Opera and Microsoft
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
