We’re Hiring: Guest Relations Executive (Holiday Homes)

Are you a people person who knows the ins and outs of the holiday homes industry? Do you love delivering top-notch service and solving problems on the fly? If yes, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and messages across all platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings, WhatsApp, email, etc.).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all guest communications.
  • Resolve guest issues efficiently by coordinating with internal departments (housekeeping, maintenance, operations).
  • Monitor guest communication channels to ensure no messages are missed or delayed.
  • Provide accurate information about properties, amenities, check-in/check-out, and policies.
  • Document guest concerns, complaints, and resolutions for record-keeping and process improvement.
  • Assist in upselling additional services (airport transfers, cleaning, tours, etc.) to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by following up on complaints and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Work closely with the operations team to align guest requests with on-ground support.
  • Handle escalations and difficult guest interactions with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay updated on all property details, booking systems, and internal processes to provide accurate information.
  • Contribute to improving guest communication templates and FAQs for efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Executive in holiday homes (required)
  • Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Hostaway, Guesty, etc. (required)
  • UAE Driving License (not required but an advantage)
  • Having your own car is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/evenings if required)
  • Strong knowledge of Dubai neighborhoods is a bonus!
