As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring that each guest feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive until their departure.

What will I be doing?
As Guest Relations Agent – All-Day Dining, you will:

  • Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality.
  • Escort guests to their tables, assist with seating, and ensure their preferences are accommodated.
  • Manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and special occasions with discretion and care.
  • Build relationships with guests by remembering preferences and anticipating needs.
  • Coordinate with service and culinary teams to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary.
  • Support upselling initiatives and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance, reflective of the luxury environment.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the Food & Beverage team.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic or other languages are an advantage).
  • A warm and engaging personality with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle busy service periods.
  • A professional appearance and confident demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
