ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor who can perform the below task

  • Supervise and support the Guest Relations team in daily operations.
  • Welcome and assist VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring personalized service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system.
  • Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.
  • Monitor lobby and reception area standards and ambiance.
  • Promote hotel services and loyalty programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years as Guest Relations in a hotel/hospitality industry
  • Good command of the English and Russian languages. Other foreign languages (spoken) an advantage
  • Good computer skills
  • With pleasing personality
