ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Guest Relations Supervisor who can perform the below task
- Supervise and support the Guest Relations team in daily operations.
- Welcome and assist VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring personalized service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions.
- Monitor lobby and reception area standards and ambiance.
- Promote hotel services and loyalty programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years as Guest Relations in a hotel/hospitality industry
- Good command of the English and Russian languages. Other foreign languages (spoken) an advantage
- Good computer skills
- With pleasing personality
