Job Purpose

To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all customers, with the key aim of retaining existing customers and attracting new ones

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers confidently and professionally
  • Guide customers to the showroom, introduce them to the Sales Consultant, and arrange refreshments
  • Assist customers until a sales Consultant becomes available
  • Follow up with customers two days after their visit to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Capture walk-in customer details, enter them in the system as leads, and report daily to the line manager
  • Create leads in Salesforce and transfer them to the Sales Consultant
  • Ensure all leads are converted and report progress to the manager
  • Generate leads from telephone inquiries and forward them to the Sales Team
  • Ensure all incoming calls are answered within three rings and transferred to the right person within 45 seconds
  • Submit showroom tracker, first visit survey reports, SSI reports, telephone inquiry reports, delivery follow-up reports, and other required reports in a timely manner
  • Monitor and report any unusual activities occurring in the showroom
  • Support the Delivery In-Charge/Delivery Manager with:
    • Receiving vehicles in Oracle and updating the Stock Ageing report (daily)
    • Arranging showroom display vehicles and updating the ageing report (weekly/biweekly)
    • Conducting physical stock checks (weekly)
    • Maintaining and handling test drives (daily)
    • Keeping records of maintenance for the fleet of test drive vehicles
  • Prepare test drive vehicles for Sales Executives
  • Collect and forward customer feedback to the Branch Manager daily
  • Assist in coordinating required maintenance and support suppliers
  • Maintain stock inventory of supplies and report to line manager regularly

Educational Qualification

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is a plus

Work Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of work experience in a similar role

Competencies & Skills

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a showroom, retail, or hospitality setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and showroom management software is preferred

Languages

  • English required, Arabic desirable
