We are looking for a polished, personable, and guest-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our Culinara team. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and remembered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage guests warmly, ensuring a memorable first and last impression
  • Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs
  • Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care
  • Coordinate closely with the restaurant management and service teams to deliver seamless service
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences
  • Support special occasions, events, and promotions to enhance guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a similar front-of-house role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, well-presented, and service-driven personality
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of reservation systems is an advantage
