We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Guest Relation Agent (Russian Speaker) to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations from check-in to check-out.

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, serving as their primary point of contact throughout their stay
  • Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions in Abu Dhabi
  • Coordinate special guest requests, including room preferences, special occasions, and amenities
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage) to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies, promotions, and room availability
  • Record and analyze guest feedback to contribute to improving overall guest satisfaction scores
  • Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance, going above and beyond to exceed expectations
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and upgrades when appropriate, enhancing the guest experience
  • Ensure compliance with UAE hospitality standards and regulations

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hospitality or front office
  • Fluency in Russian and English; additional language skills are highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of local attractions and cultural norms in Abu Dhabi
  • Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and regulations
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
