Role Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating engaging and on-brand visual designs for both print and digital platforms, while also managing and operating the company’s printing machines to ensure high-quality production of marketing and project materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and designs for branding, marketing, and project-related materials.
- Design brochures, flyers, signage, presentations, social media content, and other collateral.
- Maintain brand guidelines across all platforms and outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and project teams to create client-facing materials.
Printing & Production
- Operate and maintain the company’s printing machines (large-format and standard).
- Prepare files for print with proper resolution, color settings, and bleed/cut marks.
- Monitor print quality and troubleshoot printing errors.
- Manage stock of printing supplies (ink, paper, substrates).
- Ensure timely delivery of printed materials for internal and client requirements.
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for outsourced print jobs when required.
- Support the marketing team during events, exhibitions, and presentations.
- Provide creative input in client proposals and project branding.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDraw preferred).
- Knowledge of printing processes (digital/offset/large format).
- Technical understanding of color correction, print finishing, and file formats.
- Strong creative and visualization skills.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a graphic designer.
- Experience with printing machine operation is a must.
