Key Responsibilities:
- Design visual content for various platforms (websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, etc.) to align with brand standards and marketing goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Create and design graphics, motion graphics, logos, brochures, infographics, banners, presentations, and other visual materials.
- Ensure consistency in design elements and brand messaging across all creative outputs.
- Review and edit final designs before distribution to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring that files are stored and labeled appropriately for easy access.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
- Prepare design files for print production and coordinate with printing vendors when necessary.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh design ideas.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role in a professional environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in all graphic, video, and motion graphics formats.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign).
- Experience in Social Media creatives and best practices for both organic and paid ads.
- Strong understanding of design principles, User Experience (UX), typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Real estate experience is a huge plus.
