We are seeking a detail oriented and efficient Purchaser to join our team. As a Purchaser, you will play a crucial role in our procurement department, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with vendors while optimizing costs and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records
• Source and purchase materials, equipment, and services as per approved requisitions
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure best price, quality, and delivery terms
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, estimation, and site teams to understand material requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate reorder processes to maintain optimal stock levels
• Stay informed about market trends and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of UAE experience in purchasing, procurement or any related Infrastructure Industry in the UAE
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
