Role Overview:
The General Manager – Villas will be responsible for managing all villa projects end-to-end, leading the site and office teams, ensuring timely delivery with the highest quality, and building the Villas Division into a market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Villas Division as an independent profit center.
• Oversee all villa projects from design, approvals, procurement, execution, and handover.
• Manage project teams (site engineers, supervisors, QS, procurement, subcontractors, etc.).
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with villa owners and developers.
• Drive business development and win new villa projects.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the division.
• Implement systems, processes, and controls for smooth operations.
• Mentor and develop the villa project teams to improve efficiency and accountability.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in villa construction or residential fit-out, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of villa construction methods, finishes, approvals, and project delivery in Dubai.
• Proven ability to manage multiple villa projects simultaneously.
• Commercial acumen with P&L and budgeting experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
• UAE experience is a must.
