We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Helpers to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of tasks on-site, including cleaning, moving materials, loading and unloading, and supporting skilled workers as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite by sweeping, organizing, and assisting with equipment setup or repairs.
• Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and distribute them to the correct areas.
• Assist skilled workers such as carpenters, masons, and steel fixers with basic tasks.
• Run errands including collecting supplies and delivering items around the site.
• Follow safety rules and always wear the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Operate basic tools and machinery safely and responsibly.
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks and heavy lifting.
• Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Good teamwork and basic communication skills.
• Willing to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
