Job Title: General Helper

We are seeking an Office Helper to support the daily operations of our office and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and tea for visitors and team members
  • Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces
  • Assist with basic office upkeep and coordination of cleaning tasks
  • Support general office duties as needed, including simple errands
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and independently
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Previous experience in an office support or similar role is an advantage but not required
