Job Title: General Helper
We are seeking an Office Helper to support the daily operations of our office and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and tea for visitors and team members
- Greet and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces
- Assist with basic office upkeep and coordination of cleaning tasks
- Support general office duties as needed, including simple errands
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
Qualifications:
- Ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and independently
- Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous experience in an office support or similar role is an advantage but not required
