About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive General Assistant & Coordinator to support both administrative and operational needs. This role will act as a personal assistant to management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping with expense tracking and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and calendar management.

Coordinate communication between team members, clients, and vendors.

Handle emails, prepare documents, and maintain proper records.

Enter expenses, manage receipts, and prepare financial reports.

Support in planning and organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables.

Provide general assistance to management in both personal and business matters.

Ensure smooth coordination across different functions of the business.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets skills are a plus).

Basic knowledge of expense management or bookkeeping is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Prior experience as an assistant, coordinator, or in administration is preferred.
