We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our real estate company in Ajman.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily accounting entries and bank reconciliations
- Follow up on receivables and payables
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage customer and supplier accounts
- Monitor expenses and revenues
- Organize and archive accounting documents
- Coordinate with management regarding financial updates
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years of experience (preferably in real estate or contracting)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Accuracy, reliability, and ability to work under pressure
