Job Description:

We are seeking a Garage Supervisor with experience from 2 years in the automotive repair and service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the workshop floor, managing technicians, ensuring high-quality service standards, and maintaining workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day garage operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Allocate jobs to technicians based on their skillsets and availability.
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Perform quality checks on completed work to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts.
• Communicate with customers (if required) to explain job scope and service updates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Enforce safety standards and company policies.
• Report to the Service Manager on daily operations and challenges.
• Support training and development of workshop staff.

Requirements:

• from 2 years of experience in a similar role (Garage Supervisor or Workshop Foreman).
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostics.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and job card systems.
• UAE experience preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting salary: from AED 7,500 per month (based on experience and qualifications).
