Wooden Twist is expanding with a brand-new furniture showroom in Sharjah! We specialize in premium modern and classic furniture designed for comfort and style. We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Associate who can communicate fluently in Arabic and English to assist customers, build relationships, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable furniture pieces
• Explain product details (materials, design, features, prices, and offers) clearly in Arabic and English
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Keep the showroom organized and visually appealing
• Handle quotations, order follow-ups, and coordinate with delivery teams
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business
• Report daily sales and customer feedback to management

Requirements

• Must speak Arabic fluently (English also required)
• Previous experience in furniture or home décor sales preferred
• Presentable and confident personality
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment
• Positive attitude, punctual, and customer-focused
