Position Summary:

The Front Office Supervisor oversees daily front office operations, ensuring efficient guest services, adherence to hotel policies, and coordination with other departments. The role supports the Front Office team in maintaining high service standards and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the front desk team during shifts, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
  • Monitor the accuracy of room assignments, billing, and guest profiles.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support to front desk agents.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the team to communicate updates, goals, and feedback.
  • Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team rosters.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures at the front desk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Ensure smooth operations with finance

Qualifications:

  • Hospitality degree or certification
  • knowledge of PMS , IDS preferred
  • Knowledge of local attractions and events

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and service standards
  • -Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
