Full job description
- Supervise daily front desk operations including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards
- Assist in scheduling, briefing, and training front office staff
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution
- Monitor room status, arrivals, departures, and VIP movements
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, and F&B departments
- Ensure accurate posting of charges and cash handling procedures
- Prepare daily reports and shift handovers
- Support upselling of rooms and hotel services
- Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
- Proven experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a hotel
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (Opera or similar preferred)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in a 4–5 star hotel environment
- Knowledge of local regulations and guest handling standards
- Multilingual skills are an advantage
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
