Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in line with hotel policies and standards.
  • Support the Front Office team in handling guest check-in, check-out, and reservations promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are conducted professionally, courteously, and with genuine hospitality.
  • Monitor staff performance, grooming, and adherence to service standards, providing coaching and support when required.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests effectively, ensuring issues are resolved to guests’ satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily briefings, review arrivals and departures, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Oversee cash handling, billing, and posting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of room types, rates, and promotions to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Support and assist in training Front Office staff to enhance service quality and team efficiency.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Prepare reports, monitor daily transactions, and support the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks as required.
  • Act as Duty Manager during designated shifts, ensuring smooth operation and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate, Arabic speaker preferred to cater to the needs of our diverse guest profile.
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Excellent knowledge of front office systems and procedures, including reservations and cashiering.
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and make sound decisions independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
