We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and inspire the front office team, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Manage and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
- Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectations
- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks and reports
- Train and mentor new front office staff members
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations
- Monitor and optimize front desk performance metrics
- Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the front office area
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a front office or similar customer service role
- Extensive experience working in a hotel or resort environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as required
- Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and cultural norms
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not required)
