We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our hospitality management team, you will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

  • Lead and inspire the front office team, fostering a positive and professional work environment
  • Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Ensure the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs and expectations
  • Oversee the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks and reports
  • Train and mentor new front office staff members
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for front office operations
  • Monitor and optimize front desk performance metrics
  • Assist in managing inventory and supplies for the front office area
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and local laws

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in a front office or similar customer service role
  • Extensive experience working in a hotel or resort environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as required
  • Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards and cultural norms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not required)
