Front Office Supervisor

What you will be doing:
- Assist in daily FO Operations and smooth arrival and departure experience
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
- Regularly review daily reports to proactively lead the operations smoothly
- Liaise with other departments to ensure the highest standard of guest services
- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 1 years experience in similar role.
- Previous experience in a Resort in UAE especially Accor would be preferred
- Experience with OPERA is mandatory
- Should be well versed with Front Office Operations
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
