  • Looking after the guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us
  • Coaching & Training the Team members
  • Responsible for performing the services assigned to his/her shift in the best and most appropriate manner.
  • Supervise and support of the Front Office team.
  • Handling any guest complaints.
  • Direct daily front office operations.
  • Supervise front talent and help out with accounting problems.
  • Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed.
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management.

Qualifications

  • Arabic speaker preferred
  • Previous Front Office experience is essential, as well as a proven track record of managing and motivating a team
  • Knowledge of Opera Cloud has its advantageous
  • Exposure in a 4 or 5 star hotel environment
  • Ability to remain calm and diplomatic when under pressure, providing flexible solutions throughout
  • Be a skilled negotiator to resolve a range of guest and employee concerns
  • Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication – both verbal &written
