We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Office Receptionist to manage our front desk and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will handle calls, queries, complaints, and appointments while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff at the front office.

· Answer and route phone calls professionally; handle inquiries and complaints effectively.

· Manage and maintain meeting room schedules and appointments.

· Ensure the front office area is organized and presentable at all times.

· Maintain accurate logs and update records in the company system.

· Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Good command of English (both written and spoken).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

· Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is an advantage.
