- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain guest records and update booking details in the system.
- Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions as required.
- Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service excellence guidelines.
