  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage reservations.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Uphold the hotel’s standards of service and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ready to join immediately.
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and polite demeanor.
