Job Title: Front Office Executive / Front Desk Officer
Department: Front Office
Reports To: Front Office Manager / Office Manager
Number of vacancies: 4 (Male and Female candidates may apply)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, or clients in a polite and professional manner
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures (in hotels or service organizations)
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Maintain visitor records, appointments, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Handle billing, payments, and basic accounting tasks if required
- Resolve guest complaints and provide prompt solutions
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable
- Shift-based work may be required
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Russian language skills are preferred but not mandatory
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
