Job Title: Front Office Executive / Front Desk Officer

Department: Front Office

Reports To: Front Office Manager / Office Manager

Number of vacancies: 4 (Male and Female candidates may apply)

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests, visitors, or clients in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle check-in and check-out procedures (in hotels or service organizations)
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
  • Maintain visitor records, appointments, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic accounting tasks if required
  • Resolve guest complaints and provide prompt solutions
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and presentable
  • Shift-based work may be required

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation systems)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Russian language skills are preferred but not mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
