A reputed Training & Professional Development Institute in Abu Dhabi is urgently seeking an experienced Male Front Office Executive to efficiently manage reception and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communication.
- Manage student registrations, course inquiries, and documentation.
- Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain office files, attendance records, and front desk reports.
- Track daily walk-ins and follow up with potential leads.
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.
- Support general administrative and clerical tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Male candidates only (as per job requirement).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist (institute experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Presentable, well-mannered, and professional attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.
