Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
  • Maintain guest records and ensure accurate billing.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service in line with hotel standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office / Guest Services (Hotel industry).
  • IDS knowledge is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment.
