Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
  • Manage appointments, registrations, and front desk operations
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain patient records and assist with basic billing
  • Support service explanations, packages, and follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any field
  • Experience in customer care, preferably in healthcare or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / appointment systems)
  • Exposure to sales or service promotion is an advantage
  • Arabic, French, or Spanish speaking skills will be an added advantage

  • Patient-focused, presentable, and well-organized
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
