Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors
- Manage appointments, registrations, and front desk operations
- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain patient records and assist with basic billing
- Support service explanations, packages, and follow-ups
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field
- Experience in customer care, preferably in healthcare or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / appointment systems)
- Exposure to sales or service promotion is an advantage
- Arabic, French, or Spanish speaking skills will be an added advantage

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
