As a Front Office Executive your role is to be responsible and provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience.
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Provide information about hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees, like wedding guests
- Up-sell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
- Run and review daily reports/logs
- Complete designated cashier and closing reports in the computer system
- Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to appropriate department
- Process all payment types, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges; provide change
Experience:
- Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel for at least 1 year is required
Requirement:
- Win-HMS experience
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
