Your main responsibilities will include answering phone calls, greeting clients, managing front desk operations, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. You will serve as a liaison between clients and our agents, providing them with information regarding listings and facilitating appointments.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within a luxury or real estate environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required; or any of the following languages- German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Dutch
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
