Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Office / Customer Service Executive to manage daily reception activities, assist clients, and ensure smooth operations at our Padel facility. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage front desk operations and reception area
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person
  • Book Padel court reservations and manage scheduling systems
  • Process payments, invoices, and receipts
  • Assist with memberships, renewals, and promotional offers
  • Coordinate with coaches and operations staff regarding bookings and events
  • Maintain customer records and daily reports
  • Handle complaints or issues politely and escalate when required
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or front office role (sports/fitness industry preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, booking systems, POS)
  • Friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sports clubs, gyms, or recreational facilities
  • Knowledge of booking or CRM systems
  • Sales or upselling experience is an advantage
